Hey just wanted to say that while it's great that you're sharing chocolate covered katie's recipes, you really should link it to her to give her the credit :)
Me:

I honestly didn’t know where the recipe came from. It was emailed, as I posted it, by a friend and I just love coffee cake so much I thought I’d share it :] I updated her now as the source. Thank you so much for the info!

Hi! Some of your workout links look to be broken. I was excited to try 30 Day Shred but it's not working. Can you direct me to another source?
Me:

I’m sorry to hear the links are not working, but unfortunately I wasn’t the source for the links. I do know using 4shared, you have to create an account to be able to view the videos. If that isn’t making a difference then I’m sorry I wish I could help you out more.

Coffee Cake for One
For the batter:
3 tbsp spelt flour (or white. I think Arrowhead Mills gf mix would work, but I haven’t tried it.)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1/16 tsp salt
1 stevia packet (or 1/32 tsp pure) or 1 tbsp sugar
1 tablespoon plus 2 tsp water
2 tsp oil or melted margarine or applesauce (I prefer the oil/margarine, but that’s simply because I’m not a fan of fat-free baked goods.)
1/4 tsp pure vanilla extract
For the streusel: (If you like a lot of streusel, feel free to double all ingredients below.)
1/8 tsp cinnamon
1 and 1/4 tsp sucanat or brown sugar
1/4 to 1/2 tsp oil or melted margarine (once again, use applesauce if a fat-free version is desired)
tiny, tiny pinch salt
2 pecan halves (or walnut halves)
(If using an oven, preheat to 330 F.)
Combine batter dry ingredients and mix well. Add wet and mix until just mixed. In a tiny bowl, combine all streusel ingredients. Fill a greased muffin tin 1/2 way with the batter (or a ramekin or mug, if using the microwave). Sprinkle on two-thirds of the streusel, then spoon the remaining batter on top. Finally, sprinkle on the rest of the streusel. Cook 12-13 minutes in the oven, or around 1 minute in the microwave. (Microwave times may vary.)
For the entire recipe:

The nutritional info above includes both the streusel and cake ingredients. If using the oil version, add 85 calories and 10 grams fat.

I totally understand if you will unfollow me, but I won’t be using Tumblr as much as I have in the past.

You are all so inspiring and kept me so motivated all this time, and I thank you for every minute of your help! I will not be on my blog as much as in the past. I want to concentrate more on my family, expecially my husband. This has been a long, time consuming process and I’m proud of everything I’ve accomplished. I don’t plan to stop in anyway, I just need to use more of my time on other things :] I will try my best to still answer questions that come my way and post every so often my progress. I wish you all the best and always remember your beautiful <3

should u have a day off exercise every week to give your body a chance to repair? i do but i always feel like its just an excuse
Me:

a rest day is very important to letting your body catch up and relax after all its been through. i use to not take rest days and hit a lot of plateaus. The second I took a rest day I started losing again and seeing change in my body.

I feel the same way about the excuse thing but sometimes you just have to look past it and know its really an exercise in itself resting :] maybe take a light walk or casual swim for ‘exercise’ so you dont feel like you havent done anything that day.

Spinach Ravioli
Fun in the sun for Mother’s Day!! We’re all still really missing daddy though.

Insanity : Day 40

Max Interval Circuit
Today went much better and I’m pretty sure doing the Fit Test before hand is really a huge pain in the ass lol. Actually was able to do the workout and only rest on the rest sections. Trying to figure out how I’m going to make it work next Fit Test where I’m not so tired.

Insanity : Day 39

Max Recovery
It’s Recovery, what more can I say other then it’s my hero :]

Doing jump rope for 2-5 minutes a day could: Improve your stamina, flexibility, co-ordination, balance, rhythm and symmetry. It builds up and tones your thighs, calves, hips and booty! It also increases levels of calcium, preventing osteoporosis! Skipping burns about 200 calories in just fifteen minutes!
