Kicked ass today, Strength & Force Upper + Ultimate Abs COMPLETE!
Start of Week 2 and I can already feel the difference in my stamina. So proud of myself!

It doesn’t happen overnight ▪ Slow Progress is better then No Progress! 📈 this whole past week I knew my weight wasn’t going down, but after measuring I finally feel better knowing progress is being made 😃 So happy right now..
