“should u have a day off exercise every week to give your body a chance to repair? i do but i always feel like its just an excuse”
a rest day is very important to letting your body catch up and relax after all its been through. i use to not take rest days and hit a lot of plateaus. The second I took a rest day I started losing again and seeing change in my body.
I feel the same way about the excuse thing but sometimes you just have to look past it and know its really an exercise in itself resting :] maybe take a light walk or casual swim for ‘exercise’ so you dont feel like you havent done anything that day.
