You have to really want it and push yourself. It’s hard in the beginning but if your really serious you will convince yourself that it’s what you want and you go do it. After awhile it becomes normal and you no longer have to ‘force yourself’ to workout. Seeing results really helped me push myself to not give up. Make it fun for yourself to where it’s something you can’t stop thinking of doing. It does get easier and the dedication sure pays off :]
