This year my #1 thanks is for my loving and amazing family I couldn’t imagine life without. My amazingly, loving husband who stole my heart & my 3 absolutely wonderful children that never fail to put a smile on my face each day ❤
NOVEMBER GOALS:
Lately I have been slacking I admit, but my weight has maintained without exercise or healthy eating. My goal this month is other continue just the way I am or actually build up the motivation to get started again. Financially, things have taking its toll and I no longer have a DVD player to play workout videos and luckily I have my iPad, but it is not adobe friendly which is where majority of videos online come from.
So, my goal this month is make my own workout routine with the little knowledge I know of certain exercises. I don’t expect huge results or any really, but I do want to know that I have the ability to make this work no matter what the situation. It might take the first week or so to finalize a routine but I’m ready for this challenge. Its my first attempt at making my own so wish me luck [:
