Ok so despite me not completing Insanity I wanted to show what progress I did make in 40 days. These results were from the 1st month only so just imagine the results if I would of stuck with it! :]
Insanity is amazing and still encourage everyone to atleast try it once and don’t get down on yourself if you don’t complete it. It’s just a workout and their are thousands more, just keep active :]
GET INSANE!
After a LOT of thought, I decided to take a hard choice and not complete Insanity. After doing so well and completing 40 days of the 60, I am taking a break. It was a huge priority in my life and it was something I was doing for ME, but I need to make other things a priority right now and the #1 thing is my family :] I do plan to finish the complete 60 days sometime in the future. I saw amazing results and I loved the workout. I incourage anyone and everyone to atleast try Insanity, It’s AMAZING!
Max Interval Circuit
Today went much better and I’m pretty sure doing the Fit Test before hand is really a huge pain in the ass lol. Actually was able to do the workout and only rest on the rest sections. Trying to figure out how I’m going to make it work next Fit Test where I’m not so tired.

Felt much better about today and wasn’t so sore so was able to handle more. Getting excited again about completing Insanity lol.. Handling the first couple days of each new thing is always the worst!

HOLY PUSH-UPS!! Ok so it’s official that this is going to be a lot harder then I thought lol.. I hope not all the Max workouts are like this. Push-ups are still not my thing!

So things are gettin shitty again and it’s stressing me out to the max! I dont know how to stay calm through all this anymore. I guess it’s a good thing for a Rest Day, but I’m not looking forward to the hardness that is about to start tomorrow :[
