My final Before & After Photo!
5’11”
Starting Weight [Sept. 2011] : 230 lbs.
Ending Weight [May 2012] : 174 lbs.
Set my UGW @ 160 lbs. but am very content with where I’m at now and am looking to just tone and build muscle from here :] I wish I had complete measurments from beginning to end but the photos I think speak for themselves! This was such an amazing journey and I never plan to stop eating healthy and staying active. It has changed my life <33
and NO my tattoo didn’t vanish lol.. It’s called photo flipping :] thought it would be easier to see the difference. But yes, these photos are of my right AND my left side :] FYI

Front views don’t do justice compared to side views :] I’m 5’11” 230 lbs. Sept. 2011 (obese) 178 lbs. April 2012 (healthy) Healthy eating was the #1 thing to help me accomplish my goals so far! NEVER GIVE UP AND STAY STRONG!

Ok might be getting a little ahead of myself but I don’t care!
Ladies and Gentlemen I’m 49 lbs. down!! I think this calls for a celebration :]
SW: 230 lbs. (OBESE)
CW: 181 lbs. (2 lbs. away from HEALTHY)
YAY!!
It’s been almost 7 months sense I’ve started this journey and I’m down almost 50 lbs. and on top of that, this is the lowest weight and most toned I’ve been in over 6 years! I feel incredible!!

![I remember when I took the first picture, how good I felt about the way I looked that day. I still feel good if not better! To think I was obese and still loved my body, Im proud for that. I still love my body but now I’m treating it with respect and became healthy! I want it to stick around for longer then it would of :]
